On June 30th a Fundraiser concert was held at the Parks Recreation Centre. Three Decades played to a full Rec Centre. The member of Three Decades are Lloyd Gosse, Kimberly Bailey-Tucker and Chess March.
Lloyd Gosse and Kimberly Bailey-Tucker are seasonal patrons of our park and Chess March Is the owner of a Music Store in Clarenville. They entertained the crowd with many country classics and gospel songs.
The concert was about two hours. The crowd was so pleased by their performance that they wanted more, and they gladly obliged by singing a couple more tunes.
The Shriners Park Board as well as the Staff would like to thank Three Decades for stepping up and hosting a fundraising concert to help contribute to the PTF (Patient Transportation Fund).
Maybe next year they will be back again for another concert, and we would be more than happy to have them back to perform
